While I was spending the weekend w/ some of the AIR fam, I received an email from N8NOFACE addressed to his friends, peers and people he respects, admires and those who inspire him. Excited with a sense of fear I open the message to find a link to five new songs from Brainface, an experimental, thrashy, electro, hip hop project that can only be pulled off by producer Brain A and vocalist N8NOFACE. With album art designed by Valerie J. Bower, this EP is a perfect way for N8 to finish off 2012!
Here’s some more 8 bit Gameboy punk from N8Noface and Scumbag Tony. This one is called ‘Cocaine Problem’ and it’s as great as it sounds. More info on Crime Killz’ CKLA EP and Destroy Stress LP coming soon! Also be on the look out for their first 5″ vinyl release for the upcoming single for ‘Break Up/F.T.W.’
Very excited to see this new video from o ur good friend Gaslamp Killer featuring Dimlite. Directed by Phil Nisco “Seven Years of Bad Luck For Fun” is an eclectic shocker that fits hand in hand with the title of the song.

Founding members of Machina Muerte, Isaiah Toothtaker & Mestizo are HUMANSUIT.
A project long awaited since the duo’s early collaborations & joint live performances. The pair have been tirelessly releasing albums & crafting solo careers but all the while also working towards the release of HUMANSUIT. Their combined efforts have been critically acclaimed & very much considered cult classics with songs like “I Gotcha” & “CRIMEKILLZ x HUMANSUIT”. With production from A.I.R. Co-Founder MainFrame, Klutch, Swiff D., & New World Colors newest band Bob Smiles, everything comes together perfectly to create this masterpiece of 7 unreleased tracks & 5 bonus songs from previous works. HUMANSUIT markS the tenth album released by Machina Muerte this year, and a momentous introduction to A.I.R.
A few months ago Mainframe dropped me a line to let me know that Crime Killz would be shooting their first video for “FTW”, their first single from their upcoming “Destroy Stress” album, so I flew out to LA to chop it up with the crew. As expectd the whole motherfucking scene had shown up to support A.I.R.’s newest act. Mestizo, Isaiah Toothtaker, Rape Wolf, the Machina Muerte squad and A.I.R.’s own co-founder Gonjasufi were all in attendance. The ‘FTW’ clip was shot by The Ultra Iris Nova (The U.I.N.) at the Los Angeles headquarters for the Hit N’ Run collective. Since the release of the video, Crime Killz has been getting buzz all over the net both in the States and abroad. I took some of these behind the scenes shots to get a more candid feel for what the movement is all about. Tomorrow on August 17th, be sure to check out Crime Killz’ performance with special guest Zackey Force Funk at High Fidelity Record Store in Los Angeles. If you’re in the area I suggest you don’t miss this incredible live show!!!
